Nurse who saw me initally to take weight and blood pressure was lovely and made me feel at ease.
Dr. Pinnell very patient and helpful and explained things clearly.

Suggested improvements
The initial booking arrangement, were poor I was told to go to warwick hospital however, I had a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment to go to startford hospital. I think the error was with the booking { }

Very efficient but consultant running late.
Suggested improvements
No issues other from running late, consultant new to SDA so look time to got used to area.
